I'm Bert Gerecht and in 1969 I modified my first P-Bass. In 1980 I founded the bass custom shop “Mr. Bassman" in Frankfurt, Germany. In 1999 I started "Hot Wire Bass". My experience and my standards flow into every Hot Wire bass. My team and me competently implement special requests. The Force Bass is a Prezz with two Soapbar pickups and an active tone control. On this basis, many things are possible. Choose the body wood, the finish, the neck shape, the electronics, even the position of the controls. The first Hot Wire Force was made in 2005, and it runs and runs.
